Embarking on a whimsical journey into the past, my Fish pattern is a joyful homage to the vibrant textiles of the 1950s. Inspired by the era's exuberant colors and playful designs, this project was a labour of love dedicated to the timeless charm of mid-century aesthetics.
At the heart of this pattern is a love for the spirited hues that defined 1950s textiles. It is a celebration of the bold choices and the unapologetic joy found in the colours of that era. The rough pen strokes and the whimsy nature are reminiscent of the bygone era.
This project was more than just about pattern; it was a playful exploration into an era where design was bold, colours were daring, and fun was an integral part of creativity.
