Q: How much is an annual subscription to Boom-Card?

A: £5.00 per annum

Q: How do I pay for my subscription?

A: Via PayPal, with an option to pay using a credit or debit card.

Q: What currency do I need to pay with?

A: The price is fixed in British Pounds, but PayPal will convert from whatever currency you wish to pay with.

Q: How many Boom-Card greetings can I send a year with my £5.00 subscription?

A: You can send as many as you like. There is no limit.

Q: Can I see a copy of the Boom-Card I send?

A: Yes, there is a 'Send copy to self' option.

Q: What if I have pre-scheduled a Boom-Card for a date in the following year, but my current subscription runs out?

A: Your Boom-Cards will only be sent if you have a current subscription.

Q: Will there be a list of all the cards I sent, in case I forget?

A: Yes. Under 'My Boom-Card' you see a history of all greetings you have sent.

Q: How many email addresses can I send one Boom-Card to at the same time?

A: The limit is ten emails at a time. You can resend the same Boom-Card to another ten, and so on.

Q: How do I know if my Boom-Card has actually been sent?

A: Click on 'My Boom-Card' for details. Status of send is indicated with the date sent.

Q: Can I change the email subject heading on the Boom-Card that I send? 

A: By default the subject wording is 'You have been sent a Boom-Card.' However,  you can change this to something more personal if you prefer.

Q: Is the Boom-Card sent from my email address?

A: Boom-Card greetings are sent via mail@boom-card.com.

Q: Once the recipient has received my Boom-Card and they click on reply, will they be able to reply to me personally?

A: Yes. The recipient can reply directly to your email and it will go back to sender.

Q: If I don't want to pick a scheduled date, but just want the Boom-Card to be sent today, what do I do?

A: Boom-Card greetings automatically send on the current date, unless you click and schedule a different date.

Q: What if I see the wording 'Failed' on 'My Boom-Card' list. What does this mean?

A: It means you Boom-Card failed to send. If you hover over the word 'Failed' it will tell you the exact reason your Boom-Card failed.

Q: Will there be a list of all the cards I sent, in case I forget?

A: Yes. Under 'My Boom-Cards' you see each Boom-Card sent and the exact date created, as well as the date it was sent (if it was a pre-scheduled one).

DESIGN

Q: There are so many designs. How do I choose?

A: You can use the tags down the left-hand side to focus your search. First choose an occasion, then a style and a colour.

Q: What if my words won't fit onto the Boom-Card?

A: The wording will shrink as you type, so you will be surprised by how much you can say! However, make sure not to write too much so that the letters are too small to read.

Q: What if I change my mind about the design at the last minute?

A: It is very easy to edit the Boom-Card if you change your mind, even at the last minute.

Q: Can I choose different fonts?

A: Once you have typed your message you can then try each font (button to the right of the Boom-Card), to see which one works the best with the amount of words and matches the design.

Q: Is there a way I can remember what designs I have already sent, so I don't send the same design to the same person?

A: If you go to 'My Boom-Card' and click on the date your Boom-Card was sent, it will show full details.

Q: How well does Boom-Card work on my mobile device?

A: Boom-Card greetings work well on a mobile device, but it is recommended you turn your mobile to landscape for a better view.
