Rachel started exhibiting at trade shows, which saw her outlets increase considerably. Through some collaborations, Rachel was able to add gift bags and boxes to her range. She was still selling to retail through Not on The High Street and she had a small team of workers who help with her orders - the lovely Wendy, Emily and Sienna. As her retail sales started to increase, she rebranded her own website, which had been selling to trade only, to include a large retail section. Rachel's business seamlessly flowed into a business specialising in high-end gift packaging. Her products were sold online via her website to trade and retail, nationally and internationally including USA, Europe and Australia. Her medium still consisted of cut and torn papers, plus she introduced photography and some ephemera designs as other medium.

Rachel became fascinated in the art of packaging in every form, and soon realised that the elements of fine packaging, to make something stand out, can also be carried through into a business. "It's all about the packaging" can be quite relevant for any business. A company’s packaging, in simple terms, is its business branding. In 2007, Rachel created a series of workshops for small companies, which were known as 'The Art Of…’ series. The Art Of workshops grew organically over the years. In delivering these workshops Rachel also found she was learning something new each time by listening to what people had to say, their concerns with regard to business planing, their overall image, marketing, website design, with the most common concern being ‘How to take my idea and turn it into a reality’. Alongside Rachel’s design work, these workshops and individual consultation sessions followed through until 2018.
