Rachel started exhibiting at trade shows, which saw her trade outlets increase considerably and Wendy and Emily both started working in the studio helping with the orders. Through some collaborations, Rachel was able to add gift bags and boxes to her range. She was still selling to retail through Not on The High Street and the orders continued to grow and she relied each day on the lovely Wendy and Emily (and Sienna for a period). As her retail sales started to increase, she rebranded her own website (which had been selling to trade only) to include a large retail section. Rachel's business seamlessly flowed into a business specialising in high-end gift packaging. Her products were sold online via her website to trade and retail, nationally and internationally including U.K., USA, Europe and Australia. Her medium still consisted of cut and torn papers, plus she introduced photography and some ephemera designs as another medium. Rachel added a new section to her website that incorporated an e-card subscription in the form of an old style postcard that could be delivered to anywhere in the world within minutes.
