Online: You can place an order here on our website 24 hours a day. The procedure is quick and simple. Our online ordering system is safe and secure. For our regular customers please take advantage of our new Quick Order Form now available on the Retail and Trade side of the site.
Prices: All prices are expressed in pounds sterling or US dollars. You can change the currency by clicking on the flag of your country at the top of the page. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Retail: We are proud to say that the retail side of our company is growing considerably each month. We are currently offering free carriage on orders over £10.00 to our UK customers.
Trade: In order to register as a trade customer, you must own a company with the intention of selling on our products in a shop or through a reputable website. Please note, we do not allow ebay sellers. To register onto the trade side of the website click here.
Dispatch: Retail delivery is 1st Class Royal Mail, and Trade delivery is dispatched via our Courier (24/ 48 hour delivery). To find out carriage costs for Retail and Trade orders within the UK and to other countries please use our online ordering system to calculate.
Availability: If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall contact you directly and suggest either an alternative product or supply you with a refund.
Acceptance: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. (Not applicable to Trade customers). You will also be notified again the day your order is dispatched.
Orders & Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you when you place the order. You will recieve another email on the day your order is dispatched. All retail orders are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched. All Trade orders are dispatched to you via DHL Courier.
Returns: We really hope that you will be happy with your products. However if you feel it necessary to return a product we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from RACHEL GOODCHILD, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). Any returned items must be returned in their original condition along with the order confirmation note, name, address and email. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend you send goods Recorded Delivery or obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office. If your products arrive damaged you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. If goods are in any other way faulty or we are at fault in the service provided you must notify us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. In either of these cases we will arrange for return of the goods and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Privacy Policy: Any address details you leave us are purely for delivery information and to keep you informed of new products. We will NOT share your name, email or mailing address, telephone contacts or purchasing history with a third party. We will, however, send out the occasional newsletter to your email address, if you wish not to receieve these, please click the unsubscribe button with the newsletter itself. Your address will be used to dispatch your orders and send out the occasional brochure or new product samples. Please remember that you can change your own contact details by clicking on My Account.
