You can place an order here on our website 24 hours a day. The procedure is quick and simple. Our online ordering system is safe and secure. For our regular customers please take advantage of our new Quick Order Form available on the Retail and Trade side of the site.
All prices are expressed in pounds sterling or US dollars. You can change the currency by clicking on the flag of your country at the top of the page. All prices are subject to change without notice.
In order to register as a trade customer, you must own a company with the intention of selling on our products in a shop or through a reputable website. Please note, we do not allow ebay sellers. To register onto the trade side of the website click here.
You can keep control of your own account. Here you can change your own contact details or switch your password to a more memorable one by clicking to the left hand side of this page on My Account.
Retail delivery is 1st Class Royal Mail, and Trade delivery is dispatched via our Courier (24/ 48 hour delivery). To find out carriage costs for Retail and Trade orders within the UK and to other countries please use our online ordering system to calculate.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall contact you directly and suggest either an alternative product or supply you with a refund.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. (Not applicable to Trade customers).
Orders & Delivery
All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you when you place the order. Products are normally delivered within the United Kingdom within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. All retail orders are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We can not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched. All Trade orders are dispatched to you via DHL Courier.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). Any returned items must be returned in their original condition along with the order confirmation note, name, address and email. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend you send goods Recorded Delivery or obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office.
If your products arrive damaged you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. If goods are in any other way faulty or we are at fault in the service provided you must notify us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. In either of these cases we will arrange for return of the goods and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Any address details you leave with us are purely for delivery information. We will NOT share your name, email or mailing address, telephone contacts or purchasing history with a third party. We will, however, send out the occasional newsletter to your email address, if you wish not to receive these, please click the unsubscribe button with the newsletter itself.
