We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit cards.
Online: You can place an order here on our website 24 hours a day. The procedure is quick and simple - just add each item to your basket and click the "Checkout" box on the top left hand side of the page at any time to view the contents of your basket and to subsequently place the order. Our online ordering system is safe and secure.
Prices: All prices are expressed in pounds sterling or US dollars, inclusive of any VAT payable. You can change the currency by clicking on the flag of your country at the bottom of the page. Payment is made strictly with order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery: We are currently offering free carriage on retail orders over £10.00 to our UK customers. Please use our online ordering system to calculate the delivery costs to other countries.
Availability: If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall contact you directly and suggest either an alternative product or supply you with a refund.
Acceptance: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order.
Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you when you place the order. Products are normally delivered within the United Kingdom within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. All retail parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched.
Returns: We really hope that you will be happy with your products. However if you feel it necessary to return a product we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from RACHEL GOODCHILD, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). Any returned items must be returned in their original condition along with the order confirmation note, name, address and email. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend you send goods Recorded Delivery or obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office. If your products arrive damaged you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. If goods are in any other way faulty or we are at fault in the service provided you must notify us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. In either of these cases we will arrange for return of the goods and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Privacy: Any address details you leave us are purely for delivery information. We will NOT share your name, email or mailing address, telephone contacts or purchasing history with a third party.
