Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, our online ordering system is safe and secure. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards via SECPay and we do not store any of your card details in our system. We use secure online payment providers and use encrypted connections when transferring your payment information.
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order value for retail orders.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of retail orders over £10.00 is currently free within UK destinations. Please use our online ordering system to calculate the delivery costs for other destinations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Retail customers who pay by credit or debit card, will have their order dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. The delivery time from dispatch depends on your country and the order weight, and will be shown on the online ordering system. Retail orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Are your cards printed in England?
Yes, all our print runs take place in Bristol, England. We use a fantastic FSC accredited local printing company.
Do you sell Christmas Designs?
Yes. Plus we are adding new festive designs each year. We now have a section on the website with all the Christmas designs in one place for you to see.
Are your designs created on a computer?
Rachel creates her designs out of hand-cut or hand-torn papers. Each image will have been created by hand and out of layered papers. Original artwork is then scanned and laid out ready for printing. Photography is also used in some lines.

We are quite choosy about who represents us here at RACHEL GOODCHILD, but please feel free to contact us.

We already have distribution in some countries outside the UK. Please call as we are always happy to discuss.

We already have a wonderful team here at Rachel Goodchild and do not at present have any vacancies. However, when available, vacancies are posted in the NEWS section of our website.
Do you sell Charity Christmas Cards?
2008 saw the collaboration with Rachel Goodchild and Penny Brohn Cancer Care. We now have six different Charity Christmas Card packs that are sold in support of PennyBrohn Cancer Care, Bristol. See Links page for the website.
Can you donate some of your products to our charity?
We would love to help your charity but unfortunately we now have so many requests of this nature that we are not always able to respond. We would like to wish you all the best in your fund-raising efforts.
Do you commission artwork or accept designs from other artists?
All designs and artwork are by Rachel Goodchild. We do not commission artists for artwork.
