In 2001 Rachel Goodchild set up her business as a surface pattern designer working to commission and licensing her products. In 2005 Rachel set this website: rachelgoodchild.com, selling high-end stationery goods and e-card subscriptions for trade and retail customers throughout the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe & Australia. She has been commissioned by Charbonnel et Walker, The Art Fund, Warner Textile Archive and Paul Smith for Leica, and others. Rachel's designs have been featured in The Sunday Times Style Magazine, Homes and Antiques Magazine, Country Living Magazine, The Telegraph, and Country Homes & Interiors. Rachel is featured in The Pattern Sourcebook: A Century of Surface Design by Drusilla Cole (Published by Laurence King Publishing) and Creating the Vintage Look by Ellie Laycock (Published by CICO Books). Rachel also runs a series digital marketing workshops for small companies.
